Since 1956 our hotel has stood there, nestled in an idyllic spot among the Carnic Alps. The reason it never wanted to leave? Because here, nature marches to its own beat – which is what you will also feel at Wanderniki, your hotel in Lesachtal. The Alpenhotel Wanderniki at a glance
- Who we are: a family-run apine hotel in Carinthia´s Lesachtal, owned by the Lanner family since 1956. Toda Nikolaus, Elvira, Nikolaus junior, Caroline and Valentina are here for you, together with Rosa, our senior hostess.
- Where we are: Obergail 3, 9653 Liesing, Austria – at the foot of the Carnic Alps, in the mountaineering village of Lesachtal
- How you stay: rooms and suites in local solid timber, from 21 to 60 m², for two to six people. From €69 per person per night including half board, suites from €107
- What sets us apart: Kärnten Qualität+ certified accommodation, Lesachtal mountaineering village, a Carinthian mountain guide in the house
- What we stand for: four pillars – regionality, a strong family bond, delicious cuisine and wonderful hiking moments. In practice that means a wood-chip boiler supplied from our own forest, solar panels, heat recovery, full external insulation, triple glazing and drinking water from our own mountain spring.
